What does a Sales Supervisor do?

Working as Sales Supervisors, we are responsible for providing assistance and overseeing the activities of our sales teams. We ensure that the selling floor is neat and clean and well organized so that it reflects a correct visual image of the company. We provide assistance in replenishing merchandise. We continuously participate in the receiving of floor stock to monitor and track them. Functioning as Sales Supervisors, we have the ability to recruit new employees for joining our team. We ensure that our customers are being provided with the highest quality standards of the company to build their trust.
