What does a Sales Support do?

As Sales Supports, we provide comprehensive daily support for sales staff, including making travel arrangements, filing, and managing calendar appointments. We communicate with sales agents and managers to develop new methods and procedures to increase sales, promote brand awareness, and expand market territory.

Core tasks:

  • engaging with the customer daily to answer questions, resolving complaints and handling sales escalations, and setting up new accounts
  • reviewing budget and pricing information as required to verify accuracy and assessing profitability, and calculating necessary modifications to meet financial goals
  • preparing detailed monthly sales reports containing relevant information on agents, territories, inventories, budgets, and marketing initiatives
  • attending the meetings as needed with sales staff, managers, and others to discuss product information and sales goals
  • using data and analysis tools as necessary to research potential territories and markets
