About Sales Support Representative

What does a Sales Support Representative do?

We, sales support representatives, perform the administrative tasks. We support the sales department in retaining the customers. We track the sales leads and coordinate the quotes with sales departments. It is our responsibility to manage the customer accounts properly. We ensure the provision of customer services. Our duties include monitoring the performance and scale of sales. In addition, we oversee the sales teams and record the sales-related data. As sales support representatives, we answer the queries and inquiries of the customers. Some of us also schedule the meetings and sales appointments. We follow up with the order status with customers. Lastly, we compile the sales leads and allocate the leads.
