As an excellent Sales Sales Support Specialist with a digital mind, you will support our Software sellers, performing Quote-to-Cash processing and fulfilling orders of licenses, maintenance contracts and SaaS for Grid Simulation Software. You will work in the headquarters of a global organization which consists of sales offices in over 30 regions. This role reports to the Global Head of Sales Operations.
It's your role, here's the part you can play:
You analyze customer needs, prepare price calculations and quotations, and fulfill orders of licenses, maintenance contracts and SaaS in the Grid Simulation Software business
You receive and distribute customer inquiries and support the global Siemens sales regions in the creation of quotations and order acquisition
You ensure the delivery of license files or dongles in strict compliance with the applicable ECC guidelines
You maintain customer data in Salesforce
You support the implementation and operation of digital sales processes and tools
Be part of our team, here's what's needed:
You have completed your bachelor's degree in business administration and bring first experience from Software sales. Alternatively, you have a commercial education in combination with several years of proven professional experience in international software sales and internal sales
You have a good business knowledge, especially in the field of quotations, calculations, and contract law (e.g. Terms and Conditions and License Agreements)
You have an advanced user level with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), SAP, Salesforce.com and an affinity for the use of digital tooling
You convince through an independent, proactive and structured way of working, have strong English communication skills and intercultural competency
You can easily adapt to new tasks, solutions and customer needs, are strong in coordination and an engaged and helpful team player
