The individual in this position is responsible for administration of the sales functions and analysis within ACAs CRM product (Salesforce). The individual in this position is also responsible for working closely with the business heads on requirements needed to extend and enhance the CRM product to align with long term business strategy.

Partner with the business unit leaders to determine requirements that align to companys business and technological strategies Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams Manage sales platform implementation and administration responsibilities Generate and configure page layouts, graphs, charts, reports and dashboards on CRM product to satisfy business reporting requirements Support business teams in training and education needs on CRM product knowledge and adoption. Monitor CRM product release features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements Facilitate requirements gathering, as well as documenting detailed functional, technical, reporting and data requirements Work with sales team and end users to design and test Salesforce enhancements Create and maintain CRM product user manuals and guides Supervise, train, evaluate, oversee, and provide feedback to junior colleagues and those on the sales team Architect and implement complex CRM product custom solutions Analyze and maintain documentation of existing custom processes and propose options for streamlining existing code if necessary Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives
Bachelors Degree preferred major in computer Science or equivalent experience preferred Three years of sales administration and business analysis experience preferred Salesforce.com Certified Administrator (Certified Advanced Administrator preferred) Marketing Consultant and Pardot Consultant certifications preferred Extensive working knowledge of Salesforce, or similar CRM product, highly preferred; including configuration, administration, customization and development experience Experience with advanced CRM products configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls preferred Experience assessing and defining the process/system architecture landscape, gap-analyzing current and desired end-states, and delivering solutions to close gaps based on business priorities preferred Understanding of data quality and data integrity best practices Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption. Development experience with Lightning is preferred Prior experience in the full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment is preferred Demonstrated professional integrity Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to new ACA initiatives and changing client needs Ability to work well in a fast-paced, small-team environment Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients Highly motivated and goal oriented; proactive in ones own education and career progression; volunteers for and shows initiative on both internal and external projects and tasks Dedicated to upholding ACAs high quality standards and customer service focus Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Strong oral and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and the Internet Willing to travel minimal up to 20 percent Available for client work and/or travel Monday through Friday on a general basis, including outside of normal business hours and weekends
