What does a Salesforce Developer do?

As Salesforce Developers, we develop and boost the company’s Salesforce efficiency and conversion rate by ensuring that every member has a comprehensive understanding of the displayed products or services. We also lead internal and external customer project meetings, including discovery sessions, sprint reviews, UAT, and customer training sessions while designing and architecting various complex sales and service solutions while crafting solutions for multi-platform and specialty projects, using both standard and custom functionality. We provide adequate product, service, or equipment engineering and technical information following the prospective clients’ inquiries while identifying their needs and upsell them on new products or services.

Core tasks:

  • determine new software improvements by analyzing the current customers’ online needs
  • explain and demonstrate cost reductions and operations improvements
