About Salon Manager

What does a Salon Manager do?

We, salon managers, are responsible to manage the salon's day-to-day activities. Our duties include supervising the workforce, scheduling their shifts, and keeping a record of the salon expenses and the generated revenues. As part of our, we are also responsible for the promotion of our services and to make sure that all the salon's beauty treatments are of high quality. We are also accountable for the regular maintenance of the salon equipment.

Core tasks:

  • overviewing the daily operations in the salon
  • hiring and the training of the beauticians, as required
  • organizing the shifts of the employees, keeping in mind the seasonality and the peak-times
