About SAP Basis Consultant

What does a SAP Basis Consultant do?

As SAP Basis Consultants, we prepare, plan, and install multiple SAP applications on the company’s servers while helping in the creating for better the server infrastructure and that all technology workloads are balanced. We configure and troubleshoot software logistics and resolve any performance or startup issues that appear due to a wrong installation while managing the daily operational activities. We also perform setup, troubleshooting, error handling, and problem resolution, while overseeing backups and restorations of the SAP file systems. We examine technical infrastructures such as transport and printer administration.

Core tasks:

  • provide technical support for SAP systems regularly
  • ensure that end-users and the SAP system are linked at all times
