I enjoyed the job, but management was terrible as was HR. They hire anyone so the turnover is horrendous.

Pros and Cons
I enjoyed the work and the travel.
My HR rep was very disrespectful and management was a joke

This is a really nice transitional job I was studying more or less to be a carpenter, overall I really liked the people I worked with and would go back I just wouldn't be able to travel as much. Got difficult to keep up but it seems like they have a lot of opportunies.

Pros and Cons
good hours if you have an interest in union work

I had started working with SAS just coming from being a stay at home Mom. I was very nervous to get back into working. I had a great team to help build my career and confidence. I was able to promote and grow with the company and personally.

Pros and Cons
Great hours
Low pay. Need a better salary

I worked with SAS, or at least that is who hired me, While they were in the middle of merging with Advantage Solutions. No training, favoritism and nepotism run deep. Next our name was changed to Retail Odyssey. You're supposed to have your own transportation, but half the people had none and those of us who did have transportation were expexted to carpool with those that didnt. yet when my car was in the shop i couldn't drive 300 miles to the destination. yet the supervisor making the schedule refused to give me a store that was local and much easier to access via bus or uber. and so I was suspended for them interpreting that because my car was in the shop that I called out of work for the whole week. Which was untrue. Then I was terminated 3 weeks later.

Pros and Cons
Sometimes you get a lead that will let you leave early for a fee
There are none

I was terminated because I asked to step down from Team Lead. Then to top it off I was told that I was never promoted to Team Lead, so they did not compensate me at $19 an hour for the 115 hours i had worked for them in two weeks. They split your shift so that there never pay you any overtime.

Pros and Cons
Paid vacation for management
No support, demanding tasks be completed with impossible time constraints.

I worked for SAS for 2 years, going to many different locations. Was told that I do a great job, keep up the good work. Never any compensation, so I quit.

Pros and Cons
Made my own schedule
They didn’t appreciate the hard work that you put in and I received one .25 raise in 2 years.

I loved the job, i had some personal issues arise that put me in a bad position mentally and I ended up needing to move due to my mental state. I hated to leave the position and would absolutely love the opportunity to rejoin the teams.

Pros and Cons
Flexability
None, I loved the job

I worked for a year 1/2 with the company. Had a total of 10 different supervisors in that time. Would never get notified that a supervisor had "left" (8 supervisors in, they all had mysteriously "left"). I enjoyed the job as a whole and working with the locations I was assigned to. The drawbacks of this job were: Poor Management overall, obvious major cracks in their managerial system very evident. VERY poor or non-existent mileage reimbursement if you weren't driving over 30 miles beyond your house. Hourly pay is low & expected stops/ timeframes too high or not realistic after company merged w/ their competitors company. It's a good job if you want to take on a little work. It is NOT a good job if you expect to be reimbursed for mileage and wear/tear on your vehicle or hourly pay.

Pros and Cons
Semi-Flexible schedule, Vendors to work with were very easy
Low Pay, Poor Mileage Reimbursement, Very Poor Management

I worked for this company for only a short time, although the work itself was fun and easy, the team lead and upper management was awful. I had 2 leads while there, one worse than the other. There was no team work at any point of my employment. Instead of being a LEADer, and helping a team succeed at each job, it was like being on the playground in junior high, our lead was snotty, rude, everything and anything was about negativity. Not one time working with that lady did i ever even get a thank you for coming to work, or for doing a good job, not a word of positivity. There were many and repeated complaints to upper management, but they figured it was better to send those people to a different city and team far away, saying it was a conflict of personalities. To me, lost all respect for this company and the team i was put on from day one, because there was never the feeling of belonging, it was smack talking, and disrespect. I would give a no star if possible.

Pros and Cons
Worked independently, was easy
The company itself

Worked there for 2 months. The lead was ok but needed training on humility.
