Scanning Specialist job

Job Description:

This position provides tax processing and project support for our client's local Tax group, as well as administrative support to Partners and Directors in their Tax business unit. Work products and projects include tax processing, letters, reports and other client deliverables. This position will require extensive people, communication, organizational, technical and process skills, and the ability to continuously prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a high level of focus on quality, accuracy and confidentiality in all work products. This individual will also be responsible for scanning a high-volume of client documents.

Requirements:

• Experience with multi-function devices (scan/print/copy)
• Strong attention to detail
• Technology savvy
• Proficient in Adobe
• Strong communication skills
