Scheduler

As Schedulers, we answer phones and emails, schedule and confirm appointments, and input customer data into company systems. We organize workflow and appointments by reading and routing correspondence, collecting client information, and managing assignments.

Core tasks:

• managing department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging conferences, travel, and meetings
• greeting customers in person or on the phone and answer or referring inquiries
• maintaining customer confidence and protecting operation by keeping information confidential
• providing historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems *contributing to team by accomplishing results as required
