Job Description

Overview

Position Objective:The individual in this position is responsible for working with the scheduling team to ensure efficient scheduling of ACA personnel on consulting engagements in a manner that accommodates client staffing requests and scheduling needs while balancing ACA personnel workloads.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the scheduling and client development teams to identify engagement staffing requirements to ensure that all client projects are appropriately staffed• Manage ACA personnel workloads to maximize the number of client engagements within the confines of staff availability• Monitor the number and complexity of consultant engagements and client relationships assigned to ensure consistency with general firm policies regarding personnel workload• Train new hires on scheduling processes and procedures as applicable• Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred – major or concentration in business or related major preferred• Experience with scheduling in a professional organization preferred• Experience within consulting operations a plus• Ability to exercise discretion and make independent judgments on matters of significance• Demonstrated professional integrity

• Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to new ACA initiatives and changing client needs• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, small-team environment• Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients• Highly motivated and goal oriented; proactive in one’s own education and career progression; volunteers for and shows initiative on both internal and external projects and tasks• Dedicated to upholding ACA’s high quality standards and customer service focus• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail• Strong oral and written communication skills• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and the Internet• Willing to undertake minimal travel• Available for work and/or travel Monday through Friday on a general basis, including occasional nights and weekends
