About Scheduling Coordinator

What does a Scheduling Coordinator do?

As Scheduling Coordinators, we are responsible for setting and managing the calendars and agendas of key personnel. We arrange appointments and book venues for meetings and conferences. We make travel arrangements and keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines. Coordinating the calendar with managers and supervisors and maintaining and updating schedule changes is one of our daily responsibilities. We verify the availability of in-house and external participants for planned meetings. Working as Scheduling Coordinators, we confirm appointments and send reminders of scheduled meetings.
