Scientific Recruiter

As Scientific Recruiters, we provide career placements for candidates in the field of science. We research talent and help in the hiring process by conducting pre-screens & interviews, assessing candidates' potential qualifications, and negotiating closing job offers. We actively network and recruit from the national and local scientific markets. We write job specifications, partner, and communicate with talent acquisition departments.

Core tasks:

• attracting potential candidates through creative sourcing methods, including internal, external, and social media databases
• performing full-cycle recruiting for jobs in the scientific market
• selecting high-quality prospective candidates via resume review, phone screens, and in-person interview to assess skills and determine job matches
• supervising the communication process with potential candidates and effectively document recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system
