Position Purpose:
Partner with team members in the Enterprise Data and Enterprise Analytics teams to:
Leverage best practices associated with Agile and DevOps to help engineering teams deliver solutions that are on-budget, on-schedule, and on-scope with an emphasis on quality
Partner with stakeholders to drive strategic projects, product development initiatives, and other delivery commitments
Act as a champion for continuous improvement, lean value streams, and value creation/capture
Drive maturity in Scaled Agile adoption and execution
Responsibilities
Organize/facilitate/oversee agile ceremonies (daily standups, refinement sessions, iteration/release planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.) for assigned development team(s)
Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to ensure features and user stories are clear, concise, prioritized, and understood by every member of the Agile team
Manage the content, priority, and status in all story cards to ensure that they are accurate and current
Ensure that backlog refinement is executed, prioritization is completed, and estimates are created
Manage risks, mitigate impediments, and negotiate dependencies with internal and external teams
Facilitate releases and production deployments
Support the investigation and resolution of production issues by supporting root cause analyses and coordinating post-mortem meetings
Define and manage agile metrics to aid the team(s) in driving continuous improvement
Provide key personnel with updates on status, issues/risks, and remediation plans
Mentor team members in agile values, principles, and practices
Other duties as assigned
Location:
GPC has two work locations to choose from, Duluth or Atlanta office.

Desired Qualifications & Experiences:
Bachelor's degree in business administration (software development-related), computer science, or a related discipline with an information technology focus
SAFe Scrum Master certification or PSM/CSM certification is highly preferred
5 (or more) years of Scrum Master or Agile Project Management experience
Experience working with Kanban and Lean principles is a plus
Experience with relative agile estimation (no-estimates forecasting or Monte Carlo) is a plus
Experience with software development life cycles (SDLC)
Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to drive issues to closure
Proven experience in a large enterprise environment with multiple development teams
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams
Experience working with third party development and infrastructure suppliers
Demonstrated knowledge of various technologies including data platforms, data integration tools, business intelligence platforms, data science tools, and cloud applications
Prior technical and application development experience is desirable
Work is performed in a typical office environment
Minimal travel required
