About Security Agent

What does a Security Agent do?

As Security Agents, we are responsible for facility security and parking lot security. We report all safety and security concerns to appropriate personnel. It is our duty to perform an emergency response to fire alarms. We train and maintain proficiency regarding emergency response. We establish effective working relationships with police and other security personnel and safety organizations. Participating in internal and external training programs. We perform functions to establish a safe environment for hosting facility events. We investigate and provide follow-up on incidents. We oversee building damage, criminal activity, and policy violations. Handling complaints, disturbances, or related problems are a part of our job. Provide logistical support of vehicles for multiple vendors and events.

  • provide initial investigation and documentation about incidents
  • oversee building damage or injury to patrons or employees
  • perform access control functions
  • coordinate contingency plans and emergency medical response
  • implement security and access control procedures
