We’re looking for a cybersecurity awareness and learning specialist who can drive security skills development and secure behavior as we grow.As the Security Awareness Manager you will own and design our security awareness program. You will set strategy, measure behavior change, and ensure we meet our compliance objectives. When you are ready you will take ownership of our engineering security champions program and other security influence activities that make for a comprehensive security awareness capability. You will have the opportunity to share your experiences in building these programs with your peers and teams outside Atlassian.Your responsibilities will include creating learning paths, building and buying training content and tools, managing projects, monitoring compliance requirements, and communicating about security. You will work closely with the privacy, risk & compliance, workplace technology, product security and program management communities to meet cross-functional learning objectives.More about youOn your first day, we'll expect you to have:• 4+ years of work experience• 2+ years experience in a cybersecurity influence or learning & development role• Proven ability to drive organizational change and facilitate learning• Understanding of secure behavior challenges facing large organizations• An affinity for metrics and measuring behavior changeIt's great, but not required, if you have:• Knowledge of security fundamentals• Understanding of security training and awareness compliance requirements• Experience in building learning pathways and coordinating learning activities• A desire to share your experience building security awareness programs with the worldMore about our teamWe are a growing security team committed to protecting the security of our customers and of Atlassian itself.
