As Seed Technicians, we support cultivators by helping them with processes of seed equipment, implanting, and seed inspection. Our job covers the coordination of planning, strategizing, and production of certain seeds for individual companies. We sort, process, and complete numerous other duties in the seed warehouse. We also manage production staff in each location, providing direction to each farm manager. It also involves negotiating and coordinating contracts for other organizations that are organizing those. Our duties also include helping processors in processing, storing, and delivering seed. We also oversee the parent seed function ensuring budgeted levels of parent seed are maintained. We are also involved in the management of divisional budgets and plans.
