Senior accountant job

Job Description Parker+Lynch is partnering with an East Bay client for a Senior Accountant. The ideal consultant must have a strong accounting background, as well as project management experience. This role will report to the Controller and Assistant Controller for various projects.Responsibilities:Head the development, testing and implementation for process solutions, specifically the implementation of a General Ledger reconciliation toolResolve journal entry upload issues ADP Payroll. Drive root cause analysis and resolution to establish seamless repeatable processesEstablish daily cash deposit and recording processInvoice automation and sales order setup in NetSuiteManually check/bank reconciliation issuesAutomate bank reconciliations and journal entryQualifications:8+ years' experience in medium to large enterprise organizations, CPA requiredExperience working with multiple legal entities and inner company transitionsExcellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills, and has the ability to establish and maintain relationships across multiple entities and departments including IT and OperationsNetSuite experience highly preferred but not required.
