Our job is to match the right healthcare professional with the right position We are seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our Corporate team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain financial records and general ledger in accordance with GAAP Prepare journal entries and supporting reconciliations, including revenue recognition, cost of sales, payroll, prepaids, depreciation and various accruals Assist in month-end close and preparation of timely and complete financial statements and other reports provided to management Coordinate accounting and operational matters with other departments Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information Prepare compliance and regulatory reporting, as needed Responsible for cash flow statements and forcasting Participate in various special projects Managing collections and billing Job Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting with 4 years of experience in an accounting or audit role, manger level and CPA preferred Ability to work against deadlines in a dynamic, growing company Attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills Basic understanding of GAAP Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end close process Salary is dependant on experience but will be very competitive
