Sr. Analyst - B2B Operations
Boxed is the easiest and most modern way to shop for bulk goods. As a mobile-first company, customers can shop directly from Boxed's app on their iOS or Android mobile device, or online at www.Boxed.com. With Boxed, customers can have their household, personal care, and pantry favorites delivered conveniently to their home or office.

Boxed for Business - or Boxed B2B - is currently looking for a motivated individual who will work well in a fast paced and dynamic environment. This person will primarily support the Commercial business while also contributing to the success of B2B Marketing. You will work closely with our Merchandising, Supply Chain, Fulfillment Ops, and Marketing teams to execute on your daily tasks and get hands-on experience working with brands and customers.
You Will:
Liaise and provide clear communication and support on customer service issues that arise to both Commercial customers and vendors
Need to be well versed in several internal and external tools and systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel), Periscope, Asana, Google Drive / Google Workspace, Slack, Boxed's proprietary order management system, etc
Partner closely with our Fulfillment Centers, Supply Chain, Finance and Merchandising teams throughout the PO life cycle. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to - accurate PO submission, confirm and ensure timely PO deliveries, schedule pick-ups/deliveries, monitor inventory, review PO discrepancies and confirm payments
Field new Commercial customer inquiries and onboard new accounts
Support the B2B marketing manager on select marketing campaign set up, QA and performance monitoring tasks
Represent B2B at select cross functional marketing meetings (eg. merchandise meetings to ensure adequate stock of merchandise for B2B sales, promotions, and give-aways)
Alert B2B stakeholders in a timely manner to roadblocks or issue when implementing campaigns or measuring campaign performance
Requirements:
2-3 years of prior work experience - sales, account management or marketing ops experience a huge plus
Proficient in Microsoft and Google suite of products; basic Excel proficiency and retail math knowledge a MUST (functions and formulas). SQL proficiency a plus
Self-motivated and eager to learn
Great executive communications with excellent prioritization and follow-up skills
High attention to detail with an eye for completeness
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and high-energy environment
Can multi-task and implement high priority initiatives with a sense of urgency
