About Senior Associate

What does a Senior Associate do?

As Senior Associates, we are responsible for building and maintaining productive working relationships with clients. We establish credibility and provide excellent client service. We draft contracts, minutes of board meetings, and prepare estimates and quotations. Motivating and mentoring the team and providing feedback to the concerned personnel is one of our main responsibilities. We ensure the timeliness of debt collection and billing and maintain time records at all times. Working as Senior Associates, we maintain knowledge management information and ensure its accuracy. We provide support to junior members of the team and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • ensure compliance with procedures and documents
  • organize and maintain important files
