We invest in our employees and they, in turn, advance our clients' mission.Responsibilities:Assist with administrative and resource management tasks that allow Sponsor to establish and maintain interagency agreements that facilitate continuity and exercise program execution.Document financial commitments, obligations, and expenses in accordance with Sponsor requirements.Record interagency agreements to assist with facilitating Economy Act and other financial transactions.Maintain resource management documentation to ensure compliance with audit requirements including researching and resolving unliquidated obligations and undelivered orders.Research invoices to ensure they are correct and properly supported with documentation.Conducts budgetary and financial analyses of the National Intelligence Program as a part of the Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Evaluation (IPPBE) process for the CI and security communities.Supports the National Intelligence Program’s strategic budget formulation and planning and resource advocacy for the CI and security communities’ programs.Supports budget and finance coordination efforts between the National Intelligence Program and the Military Intelligence Program relating to the CI and security communities.Supports assessments and evaluations of the CI and security communities’ programs as they relate to budgetary planning and execution.Provides relevant expertise and support to other customer components and working groups.Desired:Experience working with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) is highly desired.Ensure that program execution proceeds within available resource constraints and remains consistent with goals; recommends resource realignment if necessary.Develop and perfect strategies to obtain accurate information consistently and comprehensively.Exhibit command of relevant statutes, regulations, and policies in resource utilization and in the budget development and execution process.Professional experience with Intelligence Community financial analysis tools; and knowledge of the structure, organization, roles, responsibilities, and capabilities of the Intelligence Community and its security and CI communities are desired.Required:U.S. Citizenship and existing Top Secret/SCI with Poly CLEARANCE required.Education: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or other related discipline. A Master’s Degree in similar fields is desirable.Experience:Individual must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience with federal budget formulation and resource execution processes and have a minimum of two (2) years of experience within the Intelligence Community.
