About Senior Claims Specialist

What does a Senior Claims Specialist do?

It is our responsibility as Senior Claims Specialists to assist people to resolve problems and develop a secure and safer life. We work in insurance industry as supervisors where we oversee claims made on policies within our field. Our main job responsibility is examining the insurance claims, analyzing claimant data, and generating outputs. We research, assess, and adjust claims in accordance with the standard operating procedures. We are tasked with establishing reserves and providing them within recommended levels. Finally, we review, provide oversight and approve medical, damage, legal, and assorted invoices to determine if they are designated to a particular claim.
