What does a Senior Consultant do?

Fulfilling the duties of senior consultants, we are tasks with the responsibility to manage client portfolios. We consult with clients periodically to identify the business needs in other to provide the best support possible. We work closely with the business development team and support them with client's services, pre-sales, and cross-selling products. Our job as a senior consultants enables us to promote a progressive and dynamic business atmosphere characterize by continuous growth opportunities and a competitive package. We train and encourage creative independent thinking among the junior staffs. We facilitate the development of our company through lead generation and delivery of projects meets the client's needs.

Core tasks:

  • build trust in client’s relationship with our firm
  • lead the entire project process from drafting of proposals to final delivery
  • coach team members
  • develop a firm network with EU officials and other stakeholders
  • commit to the company’s growth and development through events, team training session and recruitment activities
