About Senior Contract Specialist

What does a Senior Contract Specialist do?

As Senior Contract Specialists, we are responsible for regularly negotiating, and going over various contract agreements for products and services with vendors and clients Negotiate contract agreements for products and services. We also work with Contract Contractors to identify the need for amendments of existing contracts based on new developments while handling any breach of contract on time. We handle both hardcopy and electronic filing processes to ensure that the company will meet its deadlines and update clients with status while assuring data integrity in the database.

Core tasks:

  • stay up-to-date with the latest regulations to ensure that contracts comply with the law
  • offer administrative support to the department
  • check Novation contract launch packages and track contract implementations
