Maintains accurate information in the database related to accredited programs, on-site reviewers, and CAPTE
Processes all program director (PD) changes, including managing new program director changes for CAPTE meeting
Serves as back-up for on-site visit and travel coordinator
Manages meeting logistics (meeting space, lunches, etc.) for all CAPTE functions
Assists in the follow-up from CAPTE meetings, including Summary of Action (SOA) cleanup, distribution of decisions, entering citations into database, and updating report cards, etc
Processes daily mail/email and maintains log of all program correspondence
Responds to routine inquiries about the pre-accreditation and accreditation activities related to all programs
Performs duties related to testing the database to ensure database processes run smoothly
