What does a Senior Counsel do?

We, senior counsels, oversee the junior lawyers and their activities. We deal with complicated legal processes and transactions. We are responsible for outlining the legal issues. We design suitable solutions for overcoming legal errors. Our duties include ensuring proper strategies for making appropriate business responses. We work in corporate licensing and legal services. It is our duty to determine the legal directions for our clients. We are responsible for the implementation and development of legal processes. Some of us also develop relationships with legislative departments. In addition, we provide legal solutions after proper analysis. To summarize, we outline legal issues in policies.
