Primary Purpose: Be a lead HR business partner in the centre by enhancing the efforts of the HR leadership team at people practices thus enabling the organization to realize its People objective and growth aspirations on a sustainable basis. Key Job outcomes: On boarding and Induction Employee Engagement and Employee Retention Practices Employee Connect Understanding of C&B / Payroll Time and Attendance management Federal and State laws- Strong exposure and expertise to guide clearly on employee state and federal laws Effective Analytic and Reporting Grievances Handling Statutory Compliance Develop strong business relationships with business and functional leaders and their respective domains Help resolve business problems and align human resources strategies and solutions to produce business results in line with state and Federal laws Build and leverage understanding of the job design, organizational structure and business dynamics of the division Collaborate with leaders, COEs and enterprise Shared Services to provide best-in-class talent management, organizational development, employee relations and compensation and benefits solutions to the business Provide developmental coaching and feedback to leaders and people managers, employees Support the business in establishing clear internal career paths for their organizations Execute and build upon existing performance programs (talent reviews, appraisal processes); and identify opportunities to strengthen the status Partner with management on employee relations scenarios other sensitive situations; conduct investigations as required and advise the business on most effective solution Work with HR Operations and Shared Services teams to assist regularly occurring employee issues and concerns Serve as a program manager for large scale HR projects as assigned Facilitate and present HR presentations and effectively execute HR Plan / strategies Provide credible HR guidance to and influence management at all levels, including senior leadership Exceptional communication, group presentation and relationship development skills Work effectively with a wide array of personality types and all job levels Demonstrate exemplary ethics and integrity, including ability to handle and maintain the integrity of confidential information Active commitment to the identification and appropriate resolution of all business issues, whether they are rooted in business problems or are pure compliance concerns Exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to significant matters Desired Candidate Profile Education - - Graduation: Any graduation/post-graduation Exposure and strong understanding of federal and state laws Specialization: Human Resources Experience 7 to 10 years experience in Human Resources At least 5 years experience as a HRBP Dynamic HR professional with an ability to multitask and focus on effective outcomes

  • Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
  • Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
  • Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
  • Provide assistance in administering employee benefit programs and worker's compensation plans.

  • Personnel and Human ResourcesKnowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
