About Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

What does a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition do?

As Senior Managers Talent Acquisition, we lead and direct the Talent Acquisition function, responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of corporate, expatriate key field-based positions, responsible for long-range design and staffing employment, support for Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, and strategic advice to internal stakeholders. The Senior Managers Talent Acquisition sustain an effective and responsive recruitment function that successfully delivers all facets of recruitment throughout the organization. We conduct various recruitment activities by effectively partnering with hiring managers, generating and maintaining a network of candidates and contractors.

Core tasks:

  • provide direct services to source, screen, select, and finalize the hiring of highly qualified individuals for employment and consultancies
  • manage employment experts to provide support when recruitment demands are high
  • coordinate all 3rd party sellers to ensure that all services related to Talent Acquisition are meeting the needs of the organization
  • cooperate with the Human Resources team on home office corporate, expatriate, and key role hires
