What does a Senior Research Associate do?

In the role of Senior Research Associate, we are responsible for designing and preparing plans for the experiments to complete our assigned research projects. We participate in data collection activities to gather important information related to our experiments and research. We perform in-depth analysis to verify our collected data via research and provide direct reports about the data findings to our team members. Functioning as Senior Research Associates, we are accountable for coaching and mentoring the newly hired researchers of our department. We provide the new hires with research techniques and laboratory policies to ensure they perform their assigned class in accordance with them.
