As Senior Specialist, we develop technical documentation and complementary paths for learning, reports on key indicators and help customer-facing departments to build systems to structure, share and curate technical information. We establish editorial guidelines for normative documentation and consult with subject matter experts to ensure that specialized areas are presented and covered properly. We work together with different teams to understand specifications and revise, edit and improve technical information and frequently asked questions, as well as evaluate, outline, write and edit current technical information.
