Job Description:Senior Strategy Consultant (Healthcare Start-Up) A rapidly growing healthcare company in Chicago is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant their corporate headquarters. This is a cross-functional role, heavily based in financial planning & analysis and data analytics. The role will work directly with the head of the internal consulting group assisting with strategy around increase revenue, investment analysis, and streaming processes throughout the company. This is a rotational consulting program including financial analysis throughout various departments and getting exposure to upper management. The company is looking for a dynamic candidate with at least 2 years of experience in consulting, strategy, and or investment banking, ideally in the healthcare space. Senior Strategy Consultant job responsibilities include: * Financial planning and analysis * Profitability and investment diligence * In-depth financial forecasting and budgeting analysis * Multi-department project based analysis * Streamlining process * Board performance reporting The ideal candidate for this job: * 2+ years experience in consulting/strategy/investment banking * Healthcare experience preferred, not required * Desire to learn and grow a company * Advanced systems and Excel skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills
