Description
The Senior Talent Management Professional develops, implements, and evaluates employee development plans and programs to support organizational needs in a combination of disciplines such as management development, talent management, succession planning, technical or nontechnical training, or e-learning. The Senior Talent Management Professional work assignments involve moderately complex-to-complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
The Senior Talent Management Professional monitors employee development and training programs, assesses needs and results, develops new programs, and modifies existing programs. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex-to-complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Learning or related field.
+ 5+ years of experience developing (consultation, design and development) a variety of talent management solutions and learning experiences for audiences at all levels of the organization.
+ Strong, proven consulting skills.
+ Experience managing complex projects from assessment through evaluation.
+ Successful track-record building and maintaining relationships, as well as reputational capital, with clients, vendors, business partners and audiences.
+ Demonstrated success consulting with leaders at all levels to deliver talent management/development solutions and learning experiences that align with business strategy.
+ Self-driven and have the capability and confidence to interface effectively with senior leaders, members of the HR team, and multiple stakeholders throughout the company to drive the implementation of critical talent management/development initiatives.
+ Quick learner that can organize complex design elements into meaningful and impactful talent management/development experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Learning or related field.
+ Knowledge of Human Resources, Leadership Development, Human Performance Improvement and Adult Learning Theory, as well as experience using various talent management, learning and leadership development approaches.
+ Applied experience with Human Centered Design to meet the needs of the modern learner in the evolving workplace.
+ Facilitation experience, including neutral meeting facilitation and in-person or virtual classroom facilitation.
+ Knowledge of talent management industry, as well as external learning solutions and development resources.
+ Experience developing communications using a variety of methods and venues.
+ Demonstrated experience in change leadership consulting.
+ Certifications (e.g., Coaching, Leadership Development and Learning Programs, Human Performance Improvement, Change Management, etc.).
