What does a Senior Team Leader do?

As senior team leaders, we supervise a team of employees. Beyond providing operational and administrative oversight, we act as a link between the organization’s leadership and our assigned team. We communicate strategic company goals, provide guidance, and assess team performance. We present ideas to leadership level, and engage key stakeholders to achieve goals. We may work in a wide variety of areas, from administration through information technology to production.
