As Senior Technical Specialist, we are responsible for providing technical support for a company. As Senior Technical Specialists, we deal with both inside team members and outside clients and stakeholders. We collaborate with the technical teams and implement better and innovative solutions. Client and staff education about technology and tools is what we strive for. We involve as a lead in planning, designing, developing, executing, and testing tools and technologies. Executing new solutions and enhancing previous ones while complying with the company’s goals is our core task. We handle the product and technical support to the staff, work with several teams, assist the managers, and supervise subordinates in the technical team.

- propose new tech solutions and suggest the equipment
