As Senior Training Specialists, we develop and oversee various educational handouts, instructional materials, and manuals, as well as direct structured learning experiences while monitoring the results' quality and update the materials based on the staff’s feedback. We identify new training needs and requirements based on the latest development in the IT world by analyzing the current marketplace and evaluating employees' overall strengths and weaknesses to translate those requirements into training that will boost their efficiency.

Core tasks:

  • acclimate, and train new hires to prepare them for their future role within the company
  • stay up-to-date with the new trends and tools in employee development
