Manager was new to job and walked around the place as if he knew what he was doing. He was reported multiple times for sexual harassment and nothing was done about it. Giving people promotions in areas they specialized in then moving them to areas they knew nothing about with no training at all.

I loved working for Sephora it was a good experience. When you work hard they also notice it and will show you that they notice you working hard and getting orders filled by doing bonuses and treating their employees
