In the role of Sergeant, we are responsible for overseeing and assistant subordinate staff in the performance of their assigned duties. We have to administer personal issues and inspect allegations of misconduct. We are capable of performing the duties of a Police Officer and helping with a special project. We are able to handle the accident and crime investigations and prepare detailed reports. Functioning as Sergeants, our primary goal is to work cooperatively with legal and law enforcement stakeholders and declaring in court if needed. We have to implement strict adherence to policies and procedures. Some of us have to participate in community activities and public presentations.
