Our job role requires us to examine the customer’s car condition and advise them of the best technician. We are also responsible for scheduling meetings, attending to the customers, listening to their concerns, and finding the best car solution. Along with all these roles, we also provide our customers with cost repair estimation. As the service advisors, we also coordinate with service providers and inform our clients when their vehicle will be ready to pick.
