About Service Coordinator

What does a Service Coordinator do?

As Service Coordinators, we coordinate services throughout the company’s department to ensure that projects run smoothly and avoid potential delays due to a lack of communication between the departments. We also coordinate the communication between multiple departments at once by adding intercom and other software to ensure that they communicate between them at all times. We schedule training for the staff to educate them on how to properly use the communicable system by bringing exterior trainers.
