What does a Service Delivery Manager do?

As Service Delivery Managers, we are responsible for identifying client’s needs and overseeing the delivery of services within the context of business. We solve technical problems, manage team performance, and control service quality. We maintain good customer relationships and improve the company’s services to maintain customer satisfaction. Maintaining positive relationships with customers and identifying customer needs is one of our main responsibilities. We lead the service delivery team and ensure the team’s processes are carried out efficiently. We manage finances and budgets and remain organized. Working as Service Delivery Managers, we build partnerships and liaise with team leaders to determine the company’s services.
