What does a Service Desk Coordinator do?

As a Service Desk Coordinator, our primary tasks include managing and coordinating the daily operations of the service desk. We ensure that support tickets are properly logged, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner. We provide first-line technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues, and escalate more complex problems to higher-level support. We also maintain and update service desk documentation, including FAQs and user guides. We strive to improve overall customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
