What does a Service Desk Technician do?

As Service Desk Technicians, our primary tasks include responding to user inquiries, diagnosing technical issues, and providing solutions to ensure smooth IT operations. We assist with software and hardware troubleshooting, user account management, and system maintenance. Additionally, we document incidents, escalate complex issues to higher-level support, and contribute to maintaining an organized IT environment.
