About Service Dispatcher

What does a Service Dispatcher do?

As Service Dispatchers, we are tasked with gathering, analyzing, and documenting detailed address information from incoming customers’ calls and emails as well as a simplified overview of the problem that they are facing in accordance with the company’s guidelines and protocols. We relate the details to the company’s service crew and arrange a meeting between them and the customer after ensuring that their schedule is free at that time in order to avoid any cancelation.

Core tasks:

  • dispatch service crews to scheduled appointments
  • plan new routes for service crews as required
