About Service Engineer

What does a Service Engineer do?

Being Service Engineers, our primary responsibility is to execute installations and repairs on site. We maintain, calibrate, and update the hardware and software systems to ensure that all systems are working properly. We take ownership of customer issues and coordinate with other members of the team to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers. In the role of Service Engineer, our main goal is to troubleshoot and repair the equipment. We also maintain the proper conditions of every equipment so it can work efficiently. We document the daily work activities in customer service reports.

Core tasks:

  • maintain business system for tracking service delivery
  • diagnosing product malfunctions and repairing it
  • working collaboratively with other technicians
  • answering the customer queries daily
  • ordering parts as needed for repairs
