What does a Service Manager do?

As Services Managers, we are responsible for managing the service department team and handling customer service interactions. We ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors. Providing quality customer service and managing service team members is one of our main responsibilities. We delegate and direct service tasks and monitor the progress of projects. We ensure the team’s objectives and sales goals are met by managing service team members. Working as Services Managers, we handle customer complaints and maintain good customer relationships. We also set up and maintain a service desk and evaluate its efficiency.
