About Service Officer

What does a Service Officer do?

We, service officers, answer customer queries through chats and emails. Some of us also work with call mediums for proper answering. We also direct the customers to specific departments or teams for better help. We communicate with support teams for better understanding. We ensure that consumers and clients are satisfied with the services. Our duties include offering general customer service support. We keep and create the customer records. In addition, we update the records after every customer query. We add notes to the records according to trends and interactions. Moreover, we collaborate with the sales teams to improve performance and improving sales. Lastly, we set up follow-up appointments.

  • creating strategies for better customer satisfaction
