Apply below!Who We Need:Responsible for providing support to internal sales, operations and Cardinal’s sub-servicers.Assists in daily operations and oversight with respect to Cardinal’s serviced portfolio, interim servicing requirements, servicing transfers and quality oversight in compliance with RESPA, Investor Guidelines, CFPB and applicable law. Position requires a high level of communication and understanding of loan servicing with sub servicer(s) and key internal business partners. What You Will Do:Field incoming correspondences from Cardinal borrowers, internal sales and operations personnel or representatives at our subservicer.Deliver superior level of internal and external customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving complex problems and researching loan issues in a timely manner. Escalate more complex problems to management.Coordinates loan documentation for MSR flow and bulk sales.Assist in the oversight of Cardinal’s contracted sub-servicer.Perform regular reviews of activity related to delinquency, default, loss mitigation, claim processing, and disposition for the different types of portfolio, insured and guaranteed loans.Generate, analyze, and distribute applicable reports to management; monitor for any adverse trends.Other duties as required by management.What You Need:Preferably five (5) or moreyears in mortgage industry and minimum of 1-3 years experience in client Services, mortgage or servicing experience required.3 – 5years of client services, post-closing or servicing experience preferred.Has knowledge of Agency and Government loan products, programs, guidelines and secondary investor requirements.Ability to work independently and in a team environmentStrong computer and mortgage loan origination system skillsAdvanced excel skillsFamiliarity with the servicing requirements of a variety of mortgage loan products, including but not limited to: Conventional/HAMP, VA, FHA, and USDA.Ability to adapt well to changeAbility to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent analytical and organizational skillsDetail-orientedAbility to take direction and comprehend trainingAbility to keep up with a busy work flowBS or BA in a relevant field, or AS with comensurate experience.Working knowledge of Fresh Desk Ticketing system a plusWorking knowledge of Google products and applications a plus  What We Offer:Strength, Stability, and Vision.
