best job i ever had and may ever will have. its engaging, management is spectacular and considerate, one of the few places that actually has workplace culture. they dont let you go until you finished cleaning up your station but otherwise its great to work for as your first job.

I have already worked at some of the popular fast food chains but I still wish to explore the opportunity here. should I? 🤔
avatar-of-creator

it is good that they have a good culture for their staff members. but I guess they shouldn't be as much as strict! 👍
You comment as
It's the type of job that pays reasonably well. Get swamped during peak hours but people are nice, managers are usually pretty good. Wish they gave you free meals on shift but discounted food is better than nothing.

I enjoyed working there until management took a turn. You relied a lot on one or two good managers and a few team members. If you want to move up, ask one of the nicer team members if you can try out a new station during the slow periods.
